At Burnage Academy, we believe that you should see our school on a normal day, with students taking their normal lessons. We hope every day is an excellent day, so every day is an Open Day for new parents and their sons.
If you would like to visit us in action, please contact the school on 0161 432 1527 to book an appointment.
Parking is available for visitors behind the sports hall. All visitors must report to the school reception after parking their vehicle in the car park.
The tour will also include a meeting with a senior member of staff who will be able to answer any questions you may have.
Our results are outstanding and year on year Burnage students make exceptional progress. On average, boys achieve one grade higher than boys do in other schools across all subjects. Students’ results in English are amongst the best in the country for boys, as they are for Maths.
If your son comes to Burnage, he will achieve the best grades he can. In 2019 we won an SSAT Educational Outcomes Award for our students’ exceptional progress:
- Grades 4-9 including English and Maths = 65%
- Grade 4+ in English = 74%
- Grade 4+ in Maths = 70%
