Due to positive Covid-19 cases in the school community, some pupils need to self-isolate. All pupils who have been sent home to isolate must get a PCR test. Pupils must continue to isolate, even if the PCR test is negative.

  • Some Y7 and Y9 pupils return on 21st June 2021
  • Some Y7 / Y8 / Y10 pupils return on 22nd June 2021
  • Some Y7 pupils must isolate until 25th June.
  • Some Y9 pupils to return on 28th June

All lessons for pupils in self-isolation will be on MS Teams from 15th June.

Year Groups/Pupils - Self Isolation

Pupils must self isolate for 14 days starting from the last contact they had with a pupil who has tested positive. When a pupil has been off school prior to being tested, the self isolation period lasts for 14 days from the last time they were at school.

YEAR 9

We have been notified that a Y9 pupil has tested positive for Covid-19. Y9 pupils should self isolate and return on 24/11/2020

YEAR 10

We have been notified that a Y10 pupil has tested positive for Covid-19. Y10 pupils should self isolate and return 23/11/2020. A small group of students from yr 7, 8 and 11 in SIU should also self isolate and return 23/11/2020.

If your son develops symptoms of Coronavirus, he must get a test and all members of your family must isolate.
